This year, YUDI held its first annual M&A Case Competition to provide members with the opportunity to apply the skills they learn through our educational program. Teams of 2-3 members were given a hypothetical scenario where they serve as investment bankers and pitch a strategic acquisition for a company of their choosing. Teams had to build a full merger model, multiple valuation models, and a comprehensive slide deck with comprehensive industry research and an investment thesis.
